BM got disabled. Need some advise.

Hi,
I had my BM restricted 2 weeks back. Raised a case with them. Got a reply from FB 3 days back that they made and mistake and apologised and that they will reacivate my account. Until today, it is still disabled and I'm really pissed. I wrote back to them but no one is answering back. Worse support I have ever seen... period...

Question I have is this. I've been asked to create another BM using friend's accounts. I've done that. I was told that if you add a diff user on that account as admin, (and all ad mgr activity done by this user ofcourse) if anything goes wrong, that user as the admin will be ban BUT the BM will still be ok.
Is this assumption correct?

If yes, what is the best way of doing this?
1) Does this new user that I'm adding also needs to have a FB account?
2) Can this just be any random email person?
I wanna do this right as its really frustrating running ads half way and it gets deactivated. ;-(

This person you are going to add must have a Facebook account and you will add that account as admin.

FB support is worst! You won't replies to your new tickets now AFAIK, see if you have chat option enabled - that's your last option.

Totally agree. They will not reply and even after they apologies to say that they made a mistake restricting my account, they still have not reinstated it yet. Really atrocious support.

Can you elaborate what you mean by your domain got banned? Fb just bans or restrict your BMs right? I didn't know they would ban your domain... Or am I reading this wrong?

running a dropshipping site, website domain has been banned from being posted on fb/insta. they can ban your domain for 'breaching community standards' which mine is just a normal site which is why im fighting it. they can ban a website(and you cant cheap with 301 or bit.ly) but BM still running fine
