Heres what I have off the top of my head, so if you have any specific questions, please ask here or via PM.

Thanks for the info. Any idea which of those Parking Companies allow arbitrage? Also, how are you driving traffic to a brand new domain that is also recently set up at a Parking Company?

Well, it's hard to find any that "allow" it, but I can attest to it being done with no issue on NameDrive and Bodis. I think Parked "allows" it too.
