some support platforms have features that let you automate responding to e-mails. most of the e-mails i get are people asking me where is there order.

so instead of hiring a VA, i can just automate the replies when the e-mails come in. it's so cool

You are referring to just the email reply aspect :)

ya, that's what i mainly need the VA for with the dropship stores. order fulfillment i can do it all in one go at the end of the day. it's handling the support inquiries that takes time

if my stores were doing 10k+ daily combined revenue, then i think at that point the volume would be enough to get a part time VA

What do you use to automate email responses?

How do I make it only respond to certain email threads? I use G Suite currently and have used VA.

All we do is basically copy+paste email response to the emails. But need to differentiate between those and other emails somehow, or if someone responds to our reply, etc.

i'm using a platform called reamaze. they have a feature that can learn what type of e-mail is what based on the content. you feed the feature a bunch of correct e-mails and it will auto categorize and respond to future emails. i haven't used it yet, gonna test it in the coming days/weeks

Yeah, or something like I can just select the emails daily would be good too. I'll check it out. Thanks!
