Over 2000$ locked up in my ClickB account.

I received an email from clickB informing my that my account would be
suspended do to a complaint from a certain company, and asking me to
remove the sites that had complaints against them.

I got a reply saying "The account will be suspended until we hear back from the **** attorneys."

Has anyone else had there account suspended by ClickB?

And if so is there any hope of procuring the 2+ grand suspended in my account?

Well this is the Clickbank forum ;-), and yes I am referring to Clickbank.
I wish that there were more people with similar experiences.
I haven't been able to find any information on this sort of thing.

Yes I have been in cantact with a clickbank rep who emailed me about the
situation. But I have been careful about what I have said to him. Don't
wanna seem to pushy.

Yes CB will suspend if you have sites that have complaints against them. Things like copyrights, intellectual property, trademark etc....

First thing is to find out what the complaint is...then consult legal advice...then take appropiate action...

Provided you are above board, you can then file against them...if outside US get US lawyer to act on your behalf...

Never know that clickbank had this practise of holding the payments.

I have experience something similar to your case but not with clickbank,
it is with another network.

They have asked me to remove the site as well and before long I received
lawyers letters from them. In such a case, I am happy to just follow their
instructions and give them whatever they want, never thought about the
frozen payments.

They are the merchant afterall. Don't want to mess with them who have
the means to hire attorneys.

You must have really imitated them to have their attorneys come after you.

i think this is first "Money locked" on CB. There is nothing to do now only need regular talk with CB rep.

They said that my account is suspended "until" they here back from the corporation's attorneys. Currently I believe that the clickbank rep in charge of it is on vacation and gets back on Dec 7th

I guess I will find out soon.
