Is it good to comment of the niche sites with good DA & PA which gives a ******** link to our site

In my opinion, only if the sites are not spammed and have a chance that real visitor will click your links

I think do-follow comments don't work well for money site. If a site allow do-follow comments, sooner or later it will be full of spammy comments with spammy links in it.Though you can use it for Tier-2-3 links.

In my experience, links from comments form have a positive effect on the site.

If it is moderated link then go for it.

Non moderated link will be spammed anyway. So no point is getting that.

If you are commenting same niche website it will work and also help to increase your website visitor. one of the good thing of blog commenting, some websites give do follow links which increase our website backlink count and helps to boost our website DA/PA

They are now called ugc man!!:P

Sometimes a well explanation does required depending on how the member asked!! LOL

The main question is what is OP trying to achieve here. Trying to build links or trying to get traffic.

If a blog's comment section is well moderated and very strictly regulated then for getting traffic. I would say go for it. Do-follow or no-follow doesn't matter, a valid link is a link, which can get you traffic.

On the other hand, if its to be for backlinks. I would say maybe the link from the comments is do-follow still it will be considered as a user generated one, so it will pass no link juice whatsoever.

Honestly I never understood why people still use blog commenting and the place where I work at the client seems to have a lot of interest in getting blog comments for his projects

Also, not seen a recent case study that talks about blog commenting

They don’t work but good to use for indexing your links
I also agree with these comments.

Blog commenting can work depending on what you want to use them for. For example, take a look at this journey thread by @Sweely, perhaps you can get some insights from there.
