still cheaper at least than Crap Godaddy yet their support seriously cannot make it. ask for tech help tell u PAY I was WTF ???

I also have had something similar, i wanted to move my website to a subdomain for some testings, i could not get it to work, asked for support they couldn't do it either and told me to get help from https://codeable.io/partners/siteground/ which is hilarious.

Yes.
I wanted to have a clone of my website under a subdomain to do some testing, and i couldn't get it to work i always got 404 not found error, then i contacted their support to fix this and first they said that they edited some sh1t but still did not work, then they said my website need to be edited and i should contact their partners (at that link) to fix my website. Now i moved to Shock Hosting and all it's good
