I placed my order yesterday and paid a few hours ago through Payoneer.

Support was attentive during the process.

A few minutes ago I received my documents and they were already accepted by Stripe, really highly recommended service, the delivery was very fast.

I was able to unlock a PayPal account with the last ID I ordered from Secondeye, delivery was fast and quality of ID was good.

My accounts and subsequent accounts have all been shut down by Paypal. In addition I have had money held by Paypal without reason. The first time they returned my money after the six month holding period. The second time they kept the money and explained they had fees and would say anything more. I am basically banned from Paypal and unable to recieve or send money aside from outside of Paypal. How many others have had this issue and were able to fix it with this service? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
