Blast it with a bunch of high DR backlinks. You could always just run a GSA campaign and blast the crap out of it. Either will get your DR up, site may never rank for anything again. But the DR will be high.

Don't worry about your DR, DA or any other third party score. The only thing that matters is getting your website to rank in the SERP.
