I've never asked a network before, but there is no reasonable explanation other than your properties are probably mostly poor quality. The main reasons I feel why are:

1. Poor to medium quality traffic.
2. Their traffic is coming from a broker and they just resell it. Something most netwroks do.
3. They don't want you to cut them out of the equation and buy from the real source or direct from a website

The reason I feel it's a problem is because if you knew what website or app the traffic is coming from you could optimize your ad and landing page better and increase conversions. It would be easier to know what to advertise and promote to the traffic as well. It would also save you money, but of course blind networks do not care about that.

Imagine giving Amazon $200 and being like "just send me whatever you want. I will keep what I like and then just throw everything else away". That's pretty much what it is. So I don't waste my time with them anymore.

How do you source reputable traffic?
 
The constant paranoia feeling that Youtube has put your channel in an invisible list where you are basically crippled and videos don't get recommended.

Whitehat. I dont use any tools. There's VIDiq but I don't want to pay for the full version and im sure people ranking in my niche have no fucking idea what they are doing SEO wise beyond just adding some keywords. It's pretty random. The interesting stuff we can't see (see p-score) so thats why im paranoid.

A funnel platform can't (legitimately) promise better conversions as there are far too many variables. The good services in that market are good precisely because they allow people to test and build funnels that suit their niche. One or two of my niches would bawk if I put a lot of content in front of them.

If I do use content for a funnel it's usually to drum up traffic which I'm not paying a funnel platform for. WordPress is flexible and free.

It's actually VERY possible. Noobs really need to implement their own thoughts and methods that they come up with as well. Otherwise it's game over. Not to say that there aren't methods posted by pros here that work. Just agreeing with this possible reality here on BHW

That's easy, I just check the most popular sites (and apps) and find out who they are using as a publisher. There's no need to search for the "next big traffic source" because that source is going to be wherever all the people are.

Google, Social and Native ads will have more traffic than one will ever need and it is the best quality out there. So can't go wrong by sticking with the best and expanding on those same networks.

High quality service providers that over-charge.

Agreed helping and teaching people bring out quality and advancement in once ability to excel while impacting.
 
When platforms change and that uber blackhat method that you had suddenly stops working from one day to the next. When you see tons of hits and conversions and then the next day 0.

That drives me nuts I need to stop doing churn and burn. Then again I can only imagine what it looks like with years of work and money go down the drain because of SEO google updates. This stuff I normally build takes a few weeks or months. But SEO is years of work most of the time and thousands of dollars in investments.

Let's just say I routinely put money into my IRA savings because tomorrow is never guaranteed with IM. Can't hustle this hard forever ya know.
