Then you probably should contact your host.

You can reset your wp password easily though your database.
Just google for 'change wp password in database' and you'll find plenty of guides.

If you have access to cPane 》 phpMyAdmin 》pick site database 》find users table 》 find password field 》 select MD5 from options 》 write new pwd 》save

If you dont know name of DB your site is using, simply check wp-config.php file.

Thanks bro, i think i managed to change just now, the new host somehow give me my site link I can straight go into the WP , I just from there changed the pass . Kinda weird, as the migration haven't start. The new host claim I have to disable 2FA at Godaddy side , I check with Godaddy they double checked I never activated it , which I does know i never , I just mention that to my new host tech but they reply back again claim they stumple 2FA while login in my Godaddy account.
On Godaddy side i told them I give my access to my new host and allow them to migrate .
Nevertheless the new host another side support told me just give them the Cpanel id and pass so will be more easy etc.
