Bulk Twit ghosted in Twitter

Hello Guys, EveryDay I'm Post around 10K twit form 1K twitter account and getting 5~12K unique traffic. and Daily those account are suspended by twitter Next day I'm use new twitter account.
but today I'm Post Around 10K twit but all Twit are ghosted and my All account still alive.
Any Suggestion why twit are ghosted, and how can i Avoid twit ghosting

I need Suggestion , my web traffic are fail -40% now holiday in USA its time to make money.
