1. PayPal will hold your money for 21 days.
2. You can sell whatever you want, however, your account may get suspended if you sell high risk items and we don't replace accounts after your warranty ends and you begin selling on the account.
3. You will not need a vpn, we provide the IP address in your package for the first month.
