I hired them to create content for a website and they provided low quality spinned content.

I did not realize on the first deliveries because it passed the tests in some plagiarism checkers but then I received a piece of text that I recognized from a website. After checking it, I found it was copied and they only change a few words.

After further investigating this issue, I found another full article that was also copied with only some words changed.

Not recommended.

As I explained to you, this is not about providing better content. You should not be providing copied and/or spinned content because that is very bad for seo. You should know this.

You provided a lot of copied/spinned content and I no longer trust you.

If you want to be fair, provide a refund and I will happily ditch the low quality content you provided.

Dealing with you has been a waste of time and a waste of money.
