Do you believe in judgment day?

It's just a way to keep people in check. If God truly loved the world and sent his son to die (if that story was true) I see no sense in him creating a hell or judgement day for the same people he has sacrificed his son to save.
So from this he sounds like a dictator sitting on his golden chair setting a law BELIEVE ME OR PERISH.
Doesn't make any sense to me.
Exactly as if God acts like a CCTV camera, keeping eye on each and every person on earth, 24/7!

Judgement day is make belief just like all the 2500+ religions that have passed ore are still practised by humankind, apparently, humans need to hold on to something as they cannot fandom that after death there is nothing and there is no evidence that there is so they make up shit like religions, spooky gods that are always in hiding and you never see and all they have is a bestseller like the Bible or Quran written by humans.

So, no, I do not believe in an afterlife and therefore not in a judgement day by some spooky God that keeps tabs on you all your life!

Here is a provoking thought: if your God is all-wise and all-knowing.... He would know that you would fuck up or not before you were born, before your parents and your grandparents were born, so why would he judge you on things that he knew you were going to do anyway?

Thats a very good point tbh. I am neither catholic nor muslim but i really do believe in god. Maybe we dont really know how it works, i guess?

A lot of things in life we do that doesn't make sense to us. As because our brain has some limitations. When we first study math or something, in the day one, it doesn't make any sense to us. Our parents almost force us to do so. After certain time, it becomes clear how important those are.

Like wise if sometime something doesn't make sense to you, doesn't mean it false.

Ok you said Bible and Quran are human made. Part of it is correct, Bible has some human words but not the Quran.

Now as you know, people of Bible don't like the people of Quran. vice versa. How come Bible talks about Muhammad (saw) and Quran about Jesus (as) and other Prophets? Does it make sense?

its like twisted bro. if you believe in death. you must believe judgement.
That's an interesting idea. Why is it not possible to think that you die but then the lights go out and nothing else happens?

You do not believe it, so what do you believe? You feel It's not logical to have a judgement day, but it's logical that, after death, everyone(both good & bad) ends up in the same place? Y'all better rethink what's in your head. Disbelieve it at your own peril. When you die, you would discover it's the most foolish decision you made - an irredeemable mistake that'd have cost you eternity.

We don't but some dessert dwellers 2000 years ago certainly didn't, here is another one of those provoking thought: Religious people always say when something bad happened "God is testing me" Why?

He already knows the outcome, it is like me putting my hand in the fire to see if it is hot, I already know it is, no need for me to do that.

So why are these gods testing you as they are all-wise and all-knowing and already knows the outcome?

Make no sense in any logical way to me, that is why I left the Catholic church when I was 12 and had the power of critical thinking!

Please show me any evidence of an eternity that is not made up by humans, I'll wait!

No one really knows whats hapenning, if the god is testing us or not. We dont really know what god does if he exists. Thats just lame people trying to sign you up for the church and throw them money. The church was exploiting people since the 15th century you know

Religious people love to use this cope out when they don't have the answer for some basic inconsistencies in their reasoning and I have been down this road many times with them and it never ends well.

When it doesn't make sense to logic it kinda does.

I really don't care about either as they are both made up, it is (to quote Goerge Carlin) make-believe, it is made up people.

you dont believe it because you have weak-minded

I believe in karma

Do you believe there is God? Do you believe you have a soul and a spirit? Do you believe in the unseen realm? If you do, it answers the question of eternity; but if not, I'm afraid I can't help you.
