Been reading through most of this thread. A couple of questions as this looks to be a really cool idea.
1) Do you help with selecting the city, job niche, and domain name? Do we need to buy the domain and hosting?
2) Do you help with the monetizing side with the different methods?
3) Do the sites get updated when you have new updates?

I don't know a thing about building a website, promoting, adsense, whatsoever. Is it possible for me to profit from it? I dont have any knowledge because that's now what I was study. I'm not hoping to get like 300$ a day or even 10$ daily, just hope this will help me a bit to pay my bills, at least for starting.
I just came back here after so many years. I tried to do click per install thing before but it didn't really work out. Bought a super niche site before, hoping to get adsense pay from it, but failed to get traffics. So I was away for several years.

There are a LOT of testimonials in the threads BUT you can directly ask to @mylastvacation and @monsterseo what have been their results since they seem to be the people who are using them the most and promoting them in various ways.
I give instructions, manuals and tutorials BUT like everything in life everything depends on your time commitment and skillset, if you really focus and promote the sites in the way I explain to you, you will get results example these are @monsterseo numbers (he allowed me to disclose them) in less than a month of promoting his website in the way I tough him:
He is still waiting for adsense approval (Coronavirus delays) BUT I gave him 4 alternative ways to monetize it, I talked to my contacts in Maxbounty to accept him (he was accepted), I gave him the offers we are promoting and how to promote them, I do not have access to his revenue, but the traffic numbers he is pushing are not too shabby, IF you know what you are doing with 13,000 visitors per month I think you can make some money don't you think?

This depends a lot on you really, I give the tutorials, documents and support to push your traffic and make money, there are people who follow the instructions, put their own twist and make money (do not believe me, see the testimonials and number from @mylastvacation and @monsterseo ) and there are other people who do not promote them enough, the real question is what type of people are you?.
No need to learn, we create them for you, we are even open to making resell agreements, buy one see how it works and starts your own business.

No, we can only create sites with USA, Canada or Australian Jobs, we can create websites with a combination of the 3 countries, for a specific category, for a specific title, several cities etc... BUT only for those 3 countries I explained above.

Just received my website from @patadeperro. I must say the website looks great and does exactly what he said it would do. Working with him was one of the best parts as he will answer any question you have in great detail to make sure you succeed. TAT was also supposed to be 5 business days but he delivered in 2 which was fantastic. Overall a great service! Now it’s just on me to start promoting to get traffic!
