So there has been tons of information about running a digital marketing agency. But I couldn't find anything about running influencer agencies. Could someone perhaps answer some of these questions?

1. How do you look for talent?
2. What method do you use to get in touch?
3. How do you make up the contract? Can it be legit without meeting in person?
4. How do you define the split and how do you monitor it?

I use the long and slow whitehat method of inbound marketing. Primarily blog posts and positive contributions that lead people to reach out. It means there is no hard sales work needed and you can name your price. Contracts are signed via DocuSign and fully binding. Negotiate the split based on the value you can add to a specific account. Route all promotions via yourself and tell them you are experienced in getting the best price for a promotion. Regularly audit and you'll be fine. I usually have a percentage for brands who approached the influencer and negotiated with me and another for deals that I have introduced directly.

Very interesting, thank you for sharing your knowledge.
I'm curious about the contract template, could you maybe share 1? And what should be the limits of the split, in before the influencer thinks you're insane?

1. Reach out to influencers, talk to them, get their niche and prices, maybe run an audit to see their stats, document all of this
2. Try to find businesses that will pay for promotions, tell them you have a network of XXXk+ Followers in their niche, and that you can do a package for them
4. Make some deals, run some promotions
5. ...
6. Profit!

I can't share my current contract as lots of attorney $ went into that but I'll share my previous one which covers how the deal works.
