So my ad account was just suspended as I used my legit cc on my brothers account also (separate email), I was unaware this was a policy violation.

About to create a new account under new email, new name, new legit CC.

Also going to change my IP address. If i’m honest I don’t have much knowledge on the topic, however I’d ideally not like to be connected to a vpn all the time.

Was wondering if renewing the dhcp lease in Mac OS would change the IP. Any advice on how to do so would be appreciated, thank you.

Just buy a vpn for like $10 a month.

I use ghost VPN. Can use any IP from thousands.

It’s a last resort , would disconnecting from the vpn temporarily likely result in an account suspension?

It will not ...

But
See this if you will be getting the account with the VPN itself... It may lead to suspension

The good part is ,you can use your mobile IP to make a new account

Grab a raspberry pi and set it up to be your vpn. Then put it at a friend or family members. Sign in from that address always and if this is a google network don't use your same browser or anything that will link back. Another option is a window VPS for this purpose only.

I’ve got access to a VPS, so google can’t trace if an account is made in a VPS?

Windows VPS running everything from the local web browser. This can not be chrome that is connected to your account. There is one more thing... they sometimes don't like the ip scope from data centers. That is why I like the Raspberry pi option. I have done it both ways though and it is worth a try.

To answer your question though, being logged in via rdp to a windows vps is much safer than a vpn as vpns can and often do leak.

Nah, I manage lots of accounts on different sites using multiple VPS, no trouble.

Would you reccommend getting an MCC account aswell? I’ve heard they have a lower chance of suspension

Would AWS be a good option?

I can't say for sure as that IP scope is going to be very well known by google and they know it is a corporate scope. It is worth a try though.

If i’m using a separate device connected to the same network, is a VPS necessary or can I just use the device as is ?

What was Google's official reason for suspension? I don't know why everyone above is suggesting all that crap to use. Just turn off wifi on your phone and use your data as a hotspot. Make sure you don't automatically connect to your home wifi either.

I would use a fresh device for signup as well if you can.

Official reason for suspension was “suspicious payments” This was done I believe as I increased the budget on my ads too fast initially.

I have an AdWords suspended account for same reason "suspicious payments", I will open new account with everything different, The question is can i put same youtube videos that was in suspended account?

The easiest way to get suspended over and over again on AdWords is to use same link

The other way is to advertise products against AdWords policy without understanding how those products or services are been advertised

The last one is struggling with ads account and getting burnt over and over again due to ignorance of the new account creations process on AdWords

It's always good to create a different pattern, for anything you do on Adwords.
