You'd have to be a Jr.VIP to be able to reply to threads in the 'Hire a Freelancer' and 'Want to Buy' sections.
You can start threads in these sections I.e look for a freelancer or a product. But you can't reply to the threads or offer your services/products.
If you're seeing replies from yellow members on threads, it's probably because the thread had been moved over from another section.

As RushingWind mentioned, You need to have an active Jr.VIP membership or Marketplace seller subscription to reply in HAF and WTB sections.

So you joined in may and only just realised? You have no posts, so you must be trying to sell a service in haf or wtb sections which you can't. And this thread is already over a year old

Edit you also need to be an upgraded member to sell on here.

I thought that you have to post 15 posts to be able to reply but now found out that you have to become non Jr VIP. Well I have to figure out how to become that now.
