The "secret" is basically the VCC being used. There is also a Marketplace seller on-site who's selling an e-book with all the necessary resources, but my suggestion is to look for an own provider (who isn't abused).
It's all about the safety precautions you take: Payment method, what you're advertising and how you're accessing your Google AdWords account. If you got a safe method for "How you're accessing the account e.g. through a VPS, own browser session, etc.) and you're advertising a new website each and everytime, your problem is the payment method.

Don't follow those public Payoneer (or other) guides as they've all been exploited and non-working cards.

What I know for a fact is google employees are tracking this subforum, and the marketplace guides too lol.
And they are not tracking only ip's, they are tracking everything now.
Best bet would be to find +100 roi campaigns and scale it on bought accounts, you can find very good accounts on the marketplace.

Most of the known VBA,VCC are not getting accepted by the Gads right nw,
Kameleo is Shit. I think it got patched few months back.

Best bet would be to find +100 roi campaigns and scale it on bought accounts, you can find very good accounts on the marketplace.

I dont know which "George Orwell kind of world" u live in but same pc, same rdp, same ips, multilogin and other tools still work well. No residential ips needed, virtual cards also work (unless google has marked those as prepaid). And on other thread u mentioned media buying cards which dont excist, its just simple debit (or even virtual one) which can be loaded. Simple as that. There are plenty of sellers for similar services asking 3-15% per load.

Those sellers get saturated pretty quickly. Either you develop a method on your own (which nobody has previously discovered) or you'll just jump on each new seller train and drain his VCCs for the few weeks said cards will work. Eventually, after a couple of weeks, every seller will face the same problem: Google AdWords won't accept their cards anylonger.

They are definitely tracking the IPs that are used to login into their accounts, though as far as a.) I know and b.) have experienced myself, they don't flag nor ban your account for solely logging through a AWS IP. AWS is a legitimate datacenter provider and I wouldn't see a reason why Google should flag every user logging in from one of their VPS. Probably the minority of people logging in through an AWS VPS are actual "bulk creator". (there can be many reason why an individual would like to connect through a virtual desktop)
... and I rather use a "legitimate AWS IP" than using a VPN on which probably multiple people are creating Google AdWords accounts at the same time.

For sure they are - if bunch of random Internet Marketers are "scamming" them for hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every month, they'll definitely track those forums (like BHW), but also YouTube guides and other cracking-related forums, etc.
That's why a public (sold or leaked) method won't get you far with Google AdWords accounts. The method and/or provider might be working for a few weeks, but that's it.
