using post office for all returns?

how do i use post office royal mail for all returns, for my shopify store and ive looking on their site and google couldnt find anything and imposs to contact them arrgghh?

Bad idea, some post offices don't accept returns, offers charge a fee to receive mail. Post offices are actually a franchise system so it differs from store to store, better to pay 40 quid/pw and get a self storage unit

no i need a return address for any returns as i dont want to use my own address and i dont want people to see my home address, thats basically it

i wont be returning any items to the suppliers too coslty and not woth it

You could use a PO box at the post office and then pick up your parcels from your local depot or utilize a professional return address service but then pay for the items to be sent back to your home.

If you don't need to send them back to the supplier, why not just refund your customers and let them keep the item. Otherwise, you'll have loads of faulty products sitting in your home?

register a PO box and it depends on how bulky your return items are. there are some providers where they charge you based on your PO box size. and receiving return mails to a PO box is actually a very wise choice if you do not want to disclose your office or house address
