0% Fees Payment Gateway - Any reviews?

I was looking for alternatives to Stripe and found this payment processor: Vapulus (https://www.vapulus.com/)

From what I searched it is an Egyptian payment processor, there are no transaction processing fees, no monthly fee, no charge per cross-border transaction and the cashout period is 7 days (minimum $2000).

It would be possible to accept MasterCard and Visa payments only.

Does anyone have experience with this payment processor? What is the profit method of this company without fees?

It seems legit from what I've read.

0% fees, fat hopes big dreams. no such thing, who is gona protect the transactions for the sellers and buyers without earning any money. ORDINARY PEOPLE WOULD KNOW ITS A SCAM LOL

A big no go, payment processors will always charge you because otherwise they will lose money themselves (schemes and banks take a cut before them). Maybe they refer to their own commissions and they are doing it to attract customers.
Anyway, they are based in Egypt, and for a PSP, it is a red flag.
