My website is down from more than 5 hours. Its a business website not a normal website. Kindly update the VPS.

So I've been using BHW-2 (HYPER-V), no issue so far, however, the plan has misled me when I order, so on the first post when I click 'order' it direct to here https://iportal.host/cart.php?gid=15 for BHW-2 (HYPER-V) you got:
but if I go to https://windowsvps.host/unmetered-usa-windows-vps/ the specs are different.
I was confused when I order from the first link, the specs what I got is not what it advertised.
So maybe you need to tell the moderator to update your plan/pricing link on the first post to a new one.
So far, I have no issue with the VPS since its for a simple task.
