Start with shared hosting, mate. It's way cheaper and your shop most likely won't need the resources in the beginning when you're just starting out.

If you're really keen on having a good amount of resources ready I personally suggest a VPS although that's not entirely needed depending on how you're going to run traffic to your store. Short bursts of lots of traffic or longer bursts of traffic so to speak?
