What SMM (Panel) Script for flat-fee

I was browsing some services and websites and I guess you never know what is the best before using it.

I am looking for a SMM Script with a unique fee (not a 50$ per month solution) that is proven to be admin-friendly/user-friendly

If you have any guidelines on how to start I would be thankful !

If I recall, there was one...SmartSMM that had a free download here on BHW. I believe from @Festinger ....search the forum... Except its been taken down.
