I have opened my account since April 2019, and as a rookie I failed to make any sales. So i quit and I got back promoting the past week and I made it towards my first $11 sale!

The dormant account policy states $50 for inactivity over 365 days! Is that per day one time payment?! I am confused. Shall I close my account and open a new one? Whether the $50 is one time fee payment or not I believe I’d better open a new account.

What are your suggestions guys?

P.s what’s that refund expiration thing?

I have been marketing Clickbank products since 2009 and never read about this.
But I never had deductions on my account apart from security deposite which was excluded from payout.

Continue with the account. There's still a 5 sales distribution between 2 payment type you will need to meet before payout.
The deduction would have happened if you left money in the account while it was dormant. I think you're safe to carry-on using the account.
Refund expiration is the period vendor guarantees refund to customer if the product isn't for them usually 60 days.
