Have they blacklisted you? Maybe try getting in contact with them?

trying to just freaking out rn lol. Do you know if it is possible to recover proxies or do they dissipate into thin air?

I doubt they dissipate into thin air and it should be possible to, but I don't have any experience in recovering them, sorry.

are they good for Instagram automation? they dont state if their rotating or static on their site but they look cheap compared to others

As I already said before, I used them long back and I am not sure about their proxies now. Yes, of course, $5 residential proxy they offer is cheapest you will get in the market today. Maybe you should buy one and try.
