Even if you bring lot of traffic, it takes lot of time to bring up the alexa ranking as it takes 3 month average. The best way is to buy it. Google it and you will find many service provider. They take not more than 2-3 weeks to make it under 100K. You can even pay for under 10K if you have big pocket

if you will buy any service definitely it will get sack so soon...so I would say don't buy focus on natural way, so it will stay

I understand you. But my website are access by many people in my country. so it is rated this is a domestic website. but now I want attact people in the world and will be rated by Alexa is a webiste for the world. so how to do that in a short time?

then move for any service but keep on your mind that won't stay forever. I don't know why you want Alexa rank. nobody sees your Alexa rank unless he is an IMer.
if I were you i wouldn't buy this kind of service coz that's not ranking factor nor traction faction. Simple!!

Run ads in countries that you are going to expand. or else hire an agency to do that for you and do some SEO as well.

It would be against the rules for him to PM you as he's not allowed to sell outside of marketplace (unless he's going to recommend an agency off-BHW).
