Hi guys,

Thought you might could help here, in terms of giving us some advice.

We run a large Ecom organization in Scandinavia, where we sell popular and hyped products to Scandinavia and Europe. We find the products, get them produced in China, and push them through social media marketing. Last year we processed around 15 mil. USD, and used more than 5-6 mil USD on Facebook Marketing.

Our success is due to our Facebook marketing, but especially in finding the right products. This is key.

Facebook is getting harder and harder and prices are increasing. Even for white hat ecom you get a lot of Business Managers closed.

We're sending everything from our HQ Warehouse here in Scandinavia, and have hands-on customer service with our own employees handling day-to-day customer service.

We're looking for a new way to get traffic and sales, since we've struggled with Facebook for the past year.

We've been recommended to make a post here, and see if anyone could give us some tips & tricks on what we might could do.

Looking forward to hear from you,

Best regards,

Done. Thanks mate!

When you say you're looking for a new way to get traffic are you looking to hire a consultant or asking the community in general what other methods you could try? The freelancer comment confused that a little for me.

When you say new way do you mean new method for Facebook ads or totally new methods as in Pinterest/SEO etc?

Do you have an affiliate program?

Ho! Sorry for bad explanation...

We’re looking for an affiliate program where we pay for an conversion on our site. Since Facebook is getting more and more expensive, and we’re struggling with closed Business Managers, it’s becomming interesting to see if there’s advitisers who can work with for example us giving like 40 USD for a sale.

As you may can hear, we’ve never tried this before.. so far we’ve always just runned with our own Facebook Advertising.

There is a great thread here where people discuss what they look for in an affiliate program it would you help you but I've spent about 20min looking for it and can't find it.

It was thinks like deep linking
Weekly payments
Tracking
Chat support
Wide selection of media

Loads of things like that, I'll have another look tomorrow.

Have you considered influencer marketing if you know social works well for you but is too expensive now?

Ahr - Thanks mate!

Influencer marketing has been great for us. We’re maxing out on this too, as much as is possible.

Nowadays there’s a lot of influencers that are “broke”. With either fake followers, or just an account that has been damaged too much by too many sponsored posts, so no credibility at all.

But yes - we have explored this with OK success for sure!

I'm scandinavian too. I'll help you guys out with the nitty gritty. Worked with multiple scandinavian-only affiliate networks.

Try to launch some attractive affiliate programs with nice commission then the traffic will be your last problem

Hi! Yes - that’s what we’re looking to do.
However we’ve never tried this and has 0 experience with it.

So we’re looking for someone who can help us with this.

best regards,

what are your products? Would you mind telling us your website? If products are attractive and media is plenty, it won't be too hard to find some affiliates.

I’d advertise the products on networks like maxbounty, clickdealer, affiliaxe etc instead of making a whole new affiliate program. That’d solve your problem easily.

Technically is very easy if you are working with any popular cms like Shopify or woocomerce there's plenty of plugins that can manage this part for you (you can pm me if you are still confused ), else you need to hire a freelancer to do that.
