Haha. Let me share some details----

Money is Obviously coming from one client-- The deal is for next 2 years and can be extended to 5 years at anytime if I agree to certain conditions. Conditions that involve delivering service on demand basis. I'm still in process of building a solid plan to do that. I might double my income from this client in coming month or two. Not sure yet!

About client relationship ---

One important step is, always make client depend on you completely. Don't let him think sideways. Delivery the damn service the way it's expected. I do add a element of suprise to enhance the product. So it's more like win-win situation, right now. The product is internet based so no Covid effect.

I have no details to discuss on this, actually. Only think I can do is just say the client name and line of products which you know is not a professional way of handling things, btw I accepted confidentiality terms.

My advice with whatever experience I have can say this -- Give it your best while you start a service. Make it obvious that none can match your ability in delivering service in terms of quality, time.

Ways to find a big fat client ?

I might have to write my mind out to say this. It definitely needs efforts to write that down. Maybe I will write something in Jr.vip section in coming months.
