Website was made in 2009 and has been never penalized. It has more than 15,000 unique articles. The website is Adsense approved, which means you can also put your Adsense.

Results maybe swift if efforts have been made.

I would prefer splitting 75-25 for both AdSense, but before entering into partnership I would like to test the JV for a week, mainly to make sure that they are not an idle partner and how would they work.

No, the website is "adsense approved", I do have 15 years old adsense account which is working well. But if others want to put their own adsense then there would be no problem with that either in case they want to track earnings more easily.
