So here are the results so far:

4.500 links were submitted on Friday 22nd, with Drip Feed of 3 days. So started on the 22nd and ended on the 24th.

Based on site: in Google, there are 915 new urls
Based on Search Console, there are 1.651 new urls

So these numbers are far away from the 4.500 links that I have sent to index. Let's see how it evolves the next couple of days.

Site doesn't work correctly for checking indexing for months, you need to check all urls one by one. And it seems you are indexing own site not backlinks, so you can monitor googlebot crawl. Is yours site old and under crawl budget? As new sites can't be indexed fast due to crawling limitations, 4500 urls indexed within a few days on fresh site doesn't look natural.

Just put url as in at google:
http://domain.com/url1.html
http://domain.com/url2.html
etc.

Also such option is at Scrapebox "Url as is" and currently it shows most accurate results.

I've actually been having good results with gindex.me and they are very reasonably priced. I usually 10000 URL package for about $4 USD ($15.99 PLN)...

Sometimes it takes a day or so and some links require a second submission they ultimately I would say roughly about 75 to 80% success rate

I'm using speed-links to index parasites and it works well... but apart the indexing results, is it possible that the method they use to index the URLs may harm their ranking in Google search results? Or do they use a method that doesn't have negative impact on SEO?
