Moz is not a search engine, if it’s indexed in google and showing in Ahrefs you should be happy

I think he means how to get google plus links. You can't because they shut down the system. Those profile pages are legacy and locked for now - you had to register them before the platform was shut down. They're also tagged "no follow" so they don't hold as much weight.

DA is external param, so you can manipulate it as you want, the same is with Ahrefs params. You can use cloaking to hide links for google and show tchem only to MOZ or Ahrefs and increase domain ranks. But I really don't see any reason to increase params at Ahrefs or MOZ.
