Thinking of going on a keto diet..

.. but

Can't just get my head around all those fancy ingredients people are using in those YT videos.

If any of you guys are doing keto and know some simple recipes please let me know down below.

Thanks.

Despite keto insane popularity, a normal low carb diet is a lot easier, cheaper and sustainable. Just stay under your calorie limit and you will lose weight.

Fried eggs :)

Haha. I saw it coming

Yes. Currently trying to limit carbs. Just want to have some good simple recepies.

I've been keto for a long time. Have lost about 100lbs and never felt better.

I mostly eat a handful of the same meals and just rotate them.

Breakfast is either black coffee + eggs + bacon, or keto coffee which is coffee with butter and MCT oil.

Then my actual meals are usually some sort of meat + a veggie. Chicken thighs with skin on/Ground beef/Steak + broccoli/cauliflower/asparagus are 99% of my dinners.

You should check out some of the subreddits like r/ketofood or r/keto_food I forget what it is. Usually can find some meal ideas that aren't super fancy.

I thought this was a PBN blog post when I first read the title. IM injury... :D

Bacon, sausage that do not have breadcrumb, beef, pork, chicken, cheese, egg, vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum, bell pepper, salad greens, almonds (in moderation), butter, full cream milk and cream (in moderation) etc are examples. I have been on this diet, but it is very painful to maintain this lifestyle lol. You are better off having everything in moderation with daily exercise. That's what my experience is.

Stay away from alcohol specifically, or it will negate the good work you have done. Have lots of water, because when in keto; you will lose a lot of water from your body.

Right. I will surely have to moderate alcohol consumption. Thanks. I will keep this tips in mind.
