residential proxies are overkill IMO, as long as you have a good, dedicated and not abused VPN (nothing popular)

But to answer your question:
You can use any random name like Sachindu Smith.
Address should be REAL - try to look at google map for a random address
Phone number must be real, and non-voip (yes, they do sometimes suspend accounts due to this)
Good BIN VCC
Residential IP/Mobile IPs
