...and they've called CSW out :D
Craig Steven Wright is a liar and a fraud. He doesn't have the keys used to sign this message.

The Lightning Network is a significant achievement. However, we need to continue work on improving on-chain capacity.

Unfortunately, the solution is not to just change a constant in the code or to allow powerful participants to force out others.

We are all Satoshi

Look at this paste.

There are over a hundred btc addresses listed that are from 2009. The right hand column is a hash of a the message signed with with the private key for that address. So whoevers done this has access to quite a lot of btc there but they have chosen just to send a message.

You can verify this yourself. Take a random address from the list, its corresponding hash string and the message itself and paste it in here:

For example this address
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1LXUhX4tXfWGekjucDASYWSsPzYLhYM282
contains 50 btc mined on 17th december 2009. Never moved since.

Now Im not saying this is Satoshi. These are addresses listed in the Craig Wright vs Kleinman case that were claimed to be part of the so called tulip trust. This is a miner from 2009 sending a loud message for the court to hear.

IMO the main takeaway from this is that the amount of old BTC that has been lost forever is probably way over estimated.

I missed a detail off that post and cant edit it for some reason.

There are 7300 btc in those addresses combined. Imagine sitting on $64 million at todays prices. 2017 must have been a ride o_O

No ones saying that. Its saying Craig Wright is a Liar and hes not Satoshi, nothing more.

This just further proves that CSW is Satoshi and that he is trying to reduce the amount he may be ordered to pay. He knows most people think this isn't his second stash.

So you think the message was signed by CSW and he's trying to double bluff? Going for the "boating accident" defence. Crafty :D

CSW is old enough to double space and writes in UK (kind of - Australian) English. I think he is worried about a $5 Wench Attack so makes everyone think he is not Satoshi.

Its not him. He doesnt use two spaces after full stops.

I honestly never knew that double space was considered odd. Its just how I was taught to type in school and I still do it on a keyboard.

I think the only person really convinced CSW is Satoshi is CSW himself. As for a $5 wrench attack Id bet theres a que of people who'd do it for free never mind BTC.

So why did he go on the BBC for an interview and why does he still go across the world in conferences claiming to be Satoshi.

Sir, you need to lay down the crack pipe.

Craig has been caught in numerous lies, some while on stage in public, many forgeries, lies in court to federal judges. I bet he's in jail sometime after summer. His crimes are pretty serious.

He wanted people to believe he will dump the Satoshi Bitcoin for the scamcoin he created - BcashSV, funded by another shady character, Calvin Ayre.

Exactly - currently he is method acting to make everyone think he is a fraud. The announcement on the other hand was i) true ii) media savvy which is the opposite of everything he has done since.

Edit: CSW is a better method actor than Christian Bale
