Hey guys,

Probably a lot of you guys faced this situation but I have not. Until today. Long story, short. A couple of days ago I delivered the digital goods to the buyer, he even confirmed receipt in PayPal.

Today he opened a dispute, saying he never got his item. We were communicating through Telegram and he deleted the chat.

I explained the situation to PayPal but maybe anyone else had similar experience? Do you PayPal will settle in my favour?

So, you haven't any proof of your honestly, right? Maybe, you cangcan evidence of the client's actions by trickery? Try to explain to PayPal that payment isn't possible without conversation, it will be an point in your favor.. Best of luck!
 
its hard to tell, it depends in what digital goods are you selling, if its covered by their buyer protection say bye to you money
 
Only if you have proof do you have a small chance, otherwise they almost always side with the buyer unless they have a history of this kind of shit.
 
I recently won a dispute on Paypal, but I had a screenshot to prove it, PP gave in my favor in less than 10 minutes after sending the screenshot

PayPal doesn't support digital sales in general

you will only win if you got a full copy of all conversation and a detailed page showing what your selling and terms and conditions on the page of sale, must also have full refund info on the page.

if you got all that and submit it might you win.

a refund thu dispute comes down to advert info and conversation evidence, and your refund policy.and paypal use of account .

Well, I have run into some problems with Paypal as well. Before one client tried to trick me, but with proof, the contract - I managed to get money back. But now again I have proof of digital goods delivered as in contract it says, but they are taking time this time. Just get all proof possible and you should be good.

Sorry about that, PayPal doesn't give a fuck about digital products, they are likely to refund the money, because it's virtual
But don't give up the dispute, respond on time. You might be lucky
 
How excatly did he confirm the delivery on PayPal? If it was indeed confirmed, there must be a record. He can't say, that he didn't receive the item/service after that. He can say, that it's not good quality, faulty etc, but not that he didn't receive it. Gather all the proof you have and submit it. With PayPal you'll never know though.
 
He-he, it will be funny but I'm that man who "scammed" author of this thread. I really ordered some goods from this guy and paid him half of it. Today he created this post and deleted our chat form Telegram =) I'm not angry on him, its my mistake that I ordered smth from not trusted person. But maybe my comment will help someone in future, not to hire him as freelancer. I paid him via PayPal but it was friendly transfer (I can make screenshots if someone don't believe me)

Whao! He had us in the first half.

Your story seems shocking to me. I don't understand whom to trust...
 
Paypal always goes in buyer favor unless you have solid proof to show them. And if you sold something like Netflix, FB accounts, or something else which does not comply with their policies then say goodbye to the money.
 
every time you deal on telegram download chat as proof
also, don't take money directly from Paypal email always use a middle man site like https://shoppy.gg/ you get delivery tracking link
and also send your digital goods to the buyer's Paypal email id.
if any buyer open a fake PayPal dispute

submit telegram chat, Shoppy tracking link, and email print that show that you send a file to buyer's email

99% guaranty that you will win PayPal dispute
