Question about Anti-Chinese sentiment

Whether you blame China or not for covid19 and the world pandemic,
it seems that the media is really pushing for anti-chinese sentiment movement
(especially the US, Australia, UK)

Many want to encourage companies and economies to shun China and take their
businesses elsewhere.

If this is true, my question is, how many of you out there who source from China
or chinese goods have decided to stop supporting them and do business with them
even if it affects your own business and personal finances?

My guess is not many of you have changed anything. You're probably going to continue
to do business with China as it's making you good money still and it's not the Chinese people's fault but more the Chinese government (stance).

I honestly couldn’t care, in saying that I order a bit from China, and yes at the moment I am not. That isn’t todo with China as such, it’s the prices of postage to my location has spearheaded (example I was getting two 18650 batteries. In China was $20+15 postage, local was $20 free postage.) for batteries selling for $10-15 including postage before this whole thing. When shit settles I’m going right back to ordering random stuff on AliExpress

Honestly I’ve been purchasing from China directly for over a decade. I do some flipping and drop shipping. Recently I stopped sourcing from China due to the postage rates for parcels going sky high, it’s cheaper for me to buy from a wholesaler based in the US.

Once the postage issue gets fixed, I’ll most likely go back to buying from China, because they’re the cheapest usually. If you can’t beat them join them.

I hear of and have seen a lot of hate here in the US since Chinese nationals buy lots of property and have driven prices up all across the nation, but especially in metros. Personally these people have their hate misguided, they should be hating the ceos, the upper class and political elite who sold out the manufacturing jobs and tried to outsource and offshore everything, that’s who we should be hating.
