simple question - about ads

i found this - https://prnt.sc/sbpeou on youtube while searching on something. can anyone tell me what kind of ad objective is this ? on youtube we generally see video ads but i saw and website ads which directly redirects to landing page.

like what objectives we have to select to set campaign like this.

MOD please remove and or move thread id i have posted any inappropriate things. P.S. i am new on bhw so less knowledge of T&C.
