Does adderall really works? I can't get work done.

run for like 10-20 mins or just walk without stopping and then drink some apple juice or something. wait 10-20 mins. then sit on computer. try this. it may work.

Damn I wish I was in North America for that. Life would have been a lot better. But unfortunately I live in a third world country.

I doesnt matter where you live, get a job and dont be lazy

I can't work 60 hours a week for 150 USD a month. I can make more than that at my home from laptop lol. We don't have $12/ hour here like Americans. Easier said than done. Here there's no concept of part time job. You need to work full time. Studies and full time job is not possible.

That's short term, it will boost energy for some time then I'll again get fatigue.

I am a teenager and I think I have adhd. I just can't get any shit done. I don't have focus, I can't focus on a computer screen for more than 2 hours and my eyes starts to hurt, I start getting tears, however I don't have that when I am on my phone, I can be on my phone all day. But distraction is still there, I try to do some work but then I procastinate and start using social media or Netflix, and if Netflix show isn't good then I can't even concentrate on it too lol. It's happening from last year , before that I was pretty good at focus and my attention was also quite good. Any tips? Should I take adderall? Does it really works? I want energy and increased neurotransmitters along with laser focus on important stuff like studies and IM. I have fatigue most of the time. In morning I get hyper active but only for some hours then the low enegry and fatigue starts to kick in again. It really sucks. I have to agree that my lifestyle isn't perfect either, I am obese, I sleep at night because my family disturbes me during the day and my internet is also slow. But I sleep right after eating something in the morning.
That might work, but it would be cheating, it would be a shortcut, and shortcuts are only good in videogames, in real life they come with lots of cons, the only way is the hard way.

Let me ask you a question, let's assume you're late for an appointment, do you still get distracted? Or is the feeling of being late too strong to lose your focus?

In case you manage to stay focused when in a hurry here's how you should see life: life is very very very short. You MUST be in a hurry, if you don't live every day with urgency you're ending up as a broke 60 year old guy who wasted his whole life. You have to be haunted by this idea, because it's very real and is totally going to happen if you don't do something about it right now, not tomorrow, not next month, not next year. You have to see this as real as it is and not as some very far away thing, because every second that passes you get closer and closer to that, until you eventually get there and realized you wasted all your time, it will be too late, it WILL be too late, not WOULD be, it WILL.

You're going to live about 900 months (75 years), if you're 25 you only have 600 months left. If you sleep 8 hours a night you will be spending 200 of those 600 months sleeping, see how it's not that much time?

Fear time and you'll be super productive.

Stop watching Netflix and all that. You're literally wasting time when you should be productive.

Some shows are really good and informative. I don't watch anything useless. I watch documentaries and stuff .

Thanks for the advice. I am a teenager not anywhere near 25.

Even better, unless you're already 19 you have a chance to be a millionaire by the time you're 20, wouldn't it be cool? I will never know what being a 20 year old millionaire feels like, i will soon be a millionaire but i'm almost 27, that's a whole different story, but i will never know what being a 25 year old millionaire is like. You have a chance to be a 25 year old guy who's been a millionaire for a while.

I wish i had this urgency when i was younger, but i do realize that especially as a teenager you don't consider getting old yet, guys my age don't do that either, but that's how time works, it's the basics of time and it would be dumb to ignore it. Make a good use of the extra time you have, that's a huge advantage.

Imagine being 23 years old (that's going to be sooner than you think, i still can't believe i was 17 TEN YEARS AGO) and being more successful than 95% of people in their 40's or 50's, would be super dope wouldn't it?

I am actually 17 to be more specific. Yeah your correct this is why I am working hard. You too actually doing far better as compared to others in your same age group mate. I wish you a million dollar soon. I am already in top 1% in my country since most of teens are not really very rich.

something must be wrong with you, being in 17 and asking for a drug to stay focused.
Do you even see a playground on a daily basis or at least when you were 15 ?

Pro tip :Never ever try to be better than someone else. It does not work like that speaking from experience, there will always be someone popping up who is better than you, why bother with such things. Just do your best that's all that matters.

Yeah man, talk to a doctor. You wouldn't ask a doctor for IM advice, so why ask IM people for medical advice?

I don't really go out often. I am kinda anti social.
I like to stay alone because it helps me focus and concentrate. I don't like distractions. And yeah I too believe I think and worry too much for a 17 year old.

I recommend you to use RITALIN but only when you have something important to do, not everyday or it will loose its power, hat shit will focus you alot, its so good, even Koby Briant used it, they found it on its corpse, i stoped using it when i achieved what i wanted ;)

Is it a substitute for adderall?
