This is actually a "great" site. Fast load speed, keyword targetted "clean" interface, Rated 96 and 100 on google page insight. This site is almost a role model if you ask me.

Well try to check the site. and it doesn't have a decent traffic. so it's not a good example,
Probably some of the leftover site or the first site the owner made. maybe he is succed with his other site. so just left the site there for reminder.
