Fake accounts make group and pages for boost website

I don’t think I’m the only one who increases fan pages with fake users.
I'm created some fake account reagular and hot girls and joined some groups..
I have thousands contact and I use chrome extension "invite to group" tool for invite many people to my own group.. but i need tool for autoresponse bot for private chat..(simple texting: Hello please help me and like my fan page thx, and How are you? etc... OR.. connect to cleverbot ) Any idea for tools? (free) or start scripting in python?

or do you have any ideas or method on how to increase your fan page liking for free?
