Causation does not equal correlation. I don't think it had anything to do with your ranking change to be honest.

But my rank was stable for like 1 month and after I send socials, my rank drop within 1 day,

I think this has happened for another reason as would generally take longer than 1 day for Google to recognise any negative impacts

100% impossible. Social signals are extremely safe, except for social media sites themselves, which could eventually ban your page.
