2020 Working Method to Create Google Adwords Threshold Accounts

I am looking for Working Method to Create Google Adwords Threshold Accounts in 2020
I have already searched the forum and found few methods and implemented them as well.
However the success rate of those methods is really low (less than 5%)
So if anyone can direct me towards a proven method, it will really be helpful.
Right now i am doing this:

1. Buying US gmail accounts.
2. Use US based VPS and setup google threshold accounts.
3. Start dummy campaign and keep it on pause.
4. Add VCCs after 4-5 days
5. Once dummy campaign starts getting clicks, I start money campaigns slowly

But in most of these cases, the accounts get suspended due to suspicious payment method

Thanks mate.. how much are you paying per vba? I got a seller but he is charging $25/vba. Doesn't make much sense because we get threshold accounts at $30 normally.

I have the method , I burnt like 80 accounts for various of campaigns and most of them failed, whitehat ecommerce works the best for me, but I have seen people do blackhat cpi. Most likely they use cloaker and that's fine way to make it work. Anyway it needs further testing.

Not sure but might be Verified Bank account or virtual bank account like Payoneer

It's not about the credit card u are using, I can also put my whitehat dummy campaign to spend the budget but after that if I create a 2nd campaign with my money site it fails most of the times.

It is about the credit card/payment method. If you are using threshold accounts and your credit cards dont get approved, then you wont reach the step of running dummy or any campaigns for that sake. As threshold accounts is a matter of volume, so we cannot rely on 1 or few credit cards.

I got your point, actually I get approved my cc and I run the whitehat dummy campaign for 5-6 days fine then I try to put my money site and it's getting banned
