My only real advice would be to really vet the service before you offer it to somebody in your local area as you're putting your reputation on the line.
This is a black hat forum after all

There's some really great links and services in general on this forum. Have your pick.
As for getting your first clients, try your network (friends, family and so on) or posting in local forums and FB groups.

My tip for OP is to work with reputable members who already have a large customer base.
Find someone that wants your clients to succeed just as much as you for the long-term business relationship.
That way you don't have to worry as much about refund requests because you're using a quality service provider. Most people I have worked with have done just about anything to keep me as a happy client.

Well I will draft the refund policies same as the seller from whom I am sourcing and if the seller will deliver shitty services then i will ask for the refund too and take the appropriate action like dispute or shitlist as in BHW to compensate with the refund. I will appoint a particular person to handle this refund and quality department

if you can deliver the results, that really matters and that is what you worry even when reselling the services.

I am sure many would be doing this here especially the SEO packages . It would help if you already provide related service, and then sell services here as an addon.

Basically yes, taking one niche at a time would be much easy. Fb groups, cold emails will be my primary thing for the clients because ranking a website will be very difficult
