You can add as many accounts you want to your user account. However each one has a separate dashboard and separate plan. Each one will cost to run after the 5 day trial.

Please talk to chat when you are logged in and they will see what the issue is. They will be on in 1 hours time. Usually that is because you need to reconnect your account.

Support wasn't that helpful and told me the bot works without any issues every time I've asked, but since I'm using the management plan I was hoping there would be some proactive action (i.e. adding new targets if accounts drop in performance or contact me if I need to reconnect something). Haven't tried Autotokker yet, but I might switch over to it. Any experience with Stim VS Autotokker?

TikTok made a change and it did affect things a bit. We will be happy to give you any credit for any downtime. We were down 2.5 days before things are back working smoothly again.
