Thoughts?
What platforms/coins do you recommend?

Did ETH go to POS yet? That's the only one I would consider. I don't really understand it tbh

Never earned with staking but would be worth looking into

What is staking ?
Easiest way to think of it is like this:

Proof of work/mining = spending money on equipment and electricity to earn crypto
Proof of stake = spending money on crypto to earn crypto

Instead of overheads from buying GPUs/ASICs etc, that money goes into buying crypto - the more you have the more you can stake and the more you stake the more you can earn from staking.

How do I stake.

During the boom, i had qtum through profit trailer.

Did not earn anything. At i don't think

Exchange I use was binance

I'm ready for ETH POS when it comes out. I would recommend doing it only if u would have the coins anyway - never hold anything just to participate in PoS, as this leads to total loss. Any coins who tries to derive value from percentage return is just a ponzi scheme.

Had NEO for a long time, but eventually it just crashed and never recovered.

Its not staking as such but with a crypto.com wallet you can get 10%+ APR on stable coins. Or you can stake CRO and get 18% apr.

BlockFi is also something that could be considered using.

8.6% APR on USDC, PAX & USDG. Im not familiar with them though. What is their minimum term? crypto.com is 3 months.
