Target Scraping by locations

Hi all,

How if possible, can you get a list of followers of an account by location. using jarvee or any other program

For example:
lets say The Beatles (popular rock band in the US) had an IG account and they had 100mil Followers. I do not want to even care to try to have a list of all 100mil of those followers. I want to get all the followers of "thebeatles" that live in my city for surrounding cities so I can send them a link for for buying tickets for when the beeatles are in town for a concert. So I want to scrape an accounts followers but only the followers in a specific region (or maybe even checked in that region OR checked in at a business at that location could suffice as a secondary option)

If there a way to do this. I know that you can use an automater like Jarvee to follow by location but this is risky and not specific towards that interest.

target scraping is bad ideea if its the only metric, u need to find people who are in ur niche and western countries

I know what your saying but the purpose of this is for local sales. If i can get all the local followers of certain account it would best for my plan.

You cant scrape specifically by location but you can scrape followers and then filter by location tagged. If you have Jarvee, you can scrape the data then upload it into excel and filter that way.
