It can be anyone. At that time there were already 1.6 mil bitcoins. So it is hard to tell if its Satoshi. Satoshi has around 1mil btc.
What if "Satoshi" is a hedge fund run by 200 people?

Yes before any more people are fooled into believing Satoshi moved his Bitcoin, it's linked to an early miner and you can read about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/gnhrj9/breaking_news_the_address_of_the_bitcoin_from/
dont' think so, it's just early adopter. The amount is not important. This block was mined in the first month if Bitcoins existence which is why some think it maybe Satoshi but who knows for sure.
How many early miners were there in 2009? Less than a 10 20?

Its just one transaction sending 9.99 BTC. The other address is the change address so still in the control of the original private key. There were 50 BTC in that wallet. 40 of them went to one wallet where they still remain. The other 9.99 BTC was sent to this address and then distributed to 30 other addresses.
