Best way to rank a medium parasite

Hi, to raise awareness for a rare disease im trying to rank a medium parasite. The "niche" is very competitive and in the health szene, so this will be very difficult. Maybe some less difficult keywords will be possible to rank for.

What would you guys do for parasite SEO in 2020? Still do GSA SER links? PBN posts? etc?

Cheap PBNs have always worked for me for low-med competition. Treat the parasite like its your money site and maybe you will get somewhere with it. Not sure how health niche is now though on google...

Very competitive probably, its even about some specific pharmaceutical.

Use variety between 350 - 800 I guess. Unique is best and I would prefer expired > spun.

Thanks again, I was able to rank 2 parasites without any backlinks, after I do gsa blast, one got deleted and other not improved in serp, any suggestions how can I improve serp of parasites? Thanks.
