lost ranking due to this google update

Some of my keywords with rankings 1 and 2 have lost their rankings due to this update. Do you have any good solutions?

I have already started to adjust, I wonder if the keywords can be recovered?
1. Optimized some repetitive content.
2. Fixed some errors
3. Improve some page loading speed
4. Made some internal links

I keep telling this to all update or no update 1) use premium content 2) use easy keywords 3) buy buy and buy strong backlinks (homepage pbns, guest posts, few niche edits and add social signals you’ll definitely recover if on page seo is strong
